Bathroom Update

The rotten wood was extensive. After the contractor removed tile, subfloor, plumbing electrical box and a few floor joists we had a huge hole in floor. It was, perhaps, 5 ft by 8ft. Fortunately an architect friend of mine stopped by at 8am this morning to check on the job. He confirmed that the contractor seemed to be using appropriate means and methods and that the cost was in the right ballpark. I few photos of the progress:
